Lotus's first exhibition - 1991

This very first exhibition of Lotus Gallery was held at The City Hall in the 1st Arrondissement, 4 Place du Louvre in November 1991, marked the beginning of a  journey promoting Vietnamese hidden-gem artists to the worldwide art community.
It happened thanks to Madame Xuân Phượng's French friends including the Minister of the First District in Paris, France.

This exhibition, consited of only 36 paintings on silk, paper and lacquer, was highly successfull. This event deeply induced Md Phượng to officially launch Lotus Gallery in Ho Chi Minh city after returning from France in 1991.
